Die Erfindung betrifft eine Armlagerungsschiene für Patienten mit Armlähmung, bestehend aus einer länglichen Unterlage, auf der der Arm gelagert wird. Erfindungsgemäß besteht die Schiene aus einer 40 bis 50 cm langen und ca 25 cm breiten ebenen Fläche aus Holz, Metall oder einem anderen starren Material, die an der oberen Seite mit einer elastischen, hypoallergenen Schicht mit geringer Eindringtiefe überzogen ist. Im Endbereich der Schiene ist eine knaufförmige, zur Auflagerung einer Hand geeignete, d.h. ergonomisch gestaltete, Erhebung vorgesehen.
