The present invention relates to a seed wire, a seed wire manufacturing apparatus, and a seed wire manufacturing method using the same. Seeds are arranged in packing paper while the packing paper surrounds and protects the seed. The seed wire can prevent the seeds from being released randomly while being stored or moved by binding the seeds with a binding wire. A smooth seeding operation can be executed by using the seed wire, thereby ensuring user convenience, maximizing seed germination and plant growth efficiency, speeding up the seeding operation, and increasing the yield per unit area. According to the present invention, the seed wire includes the packing paper (110) and binding wire (120). Multiple seeds (1) are arranged in the packing paper (110) at predetermined intervals. The packing paper (110) can be folded to surround the seeds (1) to prevent the seeds (1) from being released randomly. The binding wire (120) binds packing paper (110) and maintains the binding state thereof to prevent the packing paper (110) from being released while being moved or stored.
