A supporting prosthesis of mandible is disclosed for avoiding the bone plate of conventional mandible reconstruction surgery perforating soft tissue or skin of oral cavity. The supporting prosthesis of mandible comprises an insulation portion and two extension portions. The insulation portion includes a holding surface in a longitudinal direction. The holding surface has a sustaining portion means for sustaining a bone plate. The two extension portions couple with two ends of the insulation portion, respectively. Each extension portion extends a direction away from the insulation portion.
