The present invention relates to an SOBP obtaining system and a control method thereof. The method for controlling the SOBP obtaining system according to the present invention includes: a first step of enabling an SOBP obtaining server to generate a 3D model using 2D tomogram data； a second step of enabling the SOBP obtaining server to generate beam radiation planning by applying a FIT function formed with a ratio of a dose amount applied to a tumor cell regarding a dose amount applied to a normal cell to the generated 3D model； a third step of enabling the SOBP obtaining server to simulate the generated beam radiation planning； and a fourth step of enabling the SOBP obtaining server to provide the simulation result.본 발명은 SOBP 획득 시스템 및 그 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 SOBP 획득 시스템의 제어 방법은, SOBP 획득 서버가 2D 단층영상 데이터를 이용하여 3D 모델을 생성하는 제1 단계； 상기 SOBP 획득 서버가 상기 생성된 3D 모델에, 정상세포가 받게 되는 도스(dose)량에 대한 종양세포가 받게 되는 도스량의 비율로 구성되는 FIT 함수를 적용하여 빔조사 플래닝을 생성하는 제2 단계； 상기 SOBP 획득 서버가 상기 생성된 빔조사 플래닝을 시뮬레이션 하는 제3 단계； 및 상기 SOBP 획득 서버가 상기 시뮬레이션의 결과를 제공하는 제4 단계；를 포함하여 구성된다.
