The invention relates to a method of increasing organic cell regeneration in a region of a subject. Cellular tissue in the region is subjected to a constant electromagnetic (EM) field of less than 1 mT and having a radiation frequency between 7 Hz and 8 Hz with an EM field generating device. If the subject region is dehydrated or includes unregulated minerals apt to disturb the resonance of water subjected to the EM field, a resonance medium is located substantially at or adjacent the region, wherein the resonance medium comprises a composition which is adapted to resonate at the frequency of an electromagnetic field. The composition is a biologically active composition containing at least one hydrated mineral, wherein the mineral is hydrated by regulated water maintained in a constant spatial structure or by regulated water incorporated in a non-destructible matrix.
