PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic injection device.SOLUTION: An automatic injection device comprises a main body (12), and a drawer part or a front body part (14) is slidably attached to a front end of the main body. The drawer part can be opened so as to pull out or insert an injection cylinder. By closing the drawer part while pressing a multifunction button (22), drive mechanism parts (54) and (58) engage with a trigger engaging part (66), and the drive mechanism parts (54) and (58) are prepared. By pressing the multifunction button (22) again while energizing the front end, the drawer part releases the trigger engaging part (66).
