PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preventing, improving, and treating various diseases caused by waste matter, foreign matter, abnormal cell proliferation, infectious bacteria etc. in the living body caused by impaired immune function, metabolic diseases, and chemical stress diseases in animals, in particular humans.SOLUTION: The composition comprises, as active ingredients, components such as various hormone substances and enzymes that newly increase or are intensely produced during the plant germination growth process of one or more plant seeds germinated in the light or dark, or by adding growth inhibition factors, components that newly increase or components of the immune mechanisms increasing activity due to preservation and proliferation of offspring, alternatively, the composition comprises one or more extracts or fractions thereof, comprises said components, or is a relatively small volume composition including a modification of some of the molecular structures of said components that are pharmacologically synthesized.
