PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plowing implement that allows a mulching plate to be easily attached to and removed from an implement body, while saving the trouble of going to a warehouse or the like to take the mulching plate when installing the mulching plate.SOLUTION: A soil puddling machine 1 is mounted in the rear of a traveling machine body having wheels and capable of traveling, and moves to plow a field while rotating a plowing rotor 13 as the traveling machine body travels forward. The implement body 5 rotatably supporting the plowing rotor 13 is provided with a mulching plate 50 capable of pulling earth over a recess formed in the surface of the field by the passage of the wheels of the traveling machine body.
