The invention provides an electric winder. Thus, in the electric winder, sealing functions of a magnetic sealing mechanism will not be reduced and stable waterproof performance can be maintained. The electric winder is provided with a winder main body (1), a line shaft (2), a motor (3), bearings (24, 25, 26), magnetic sealing mechanisms (41, 42, 43) and magnetic shielding mechanisms (51, 52, 53). The wire shaft can be rotatably supported by the winder main body (1) to winding a fishing line. The motor allows the line shaft (2) to rotate. The bearings freely and rotatably supports rotation bodies, e.g, an output shaft (32) and the line shaft (2), which rotate via the motor (3) among bearing support parts. The magnetic sealing mechanisms are arranged in a way of sealing the bearings (34, 25, 26). The magnetic shielding mechanisms are shielded from magnetic interference of the motor (3).
