The present invention relates to a system and a method to provide an image for supporting a surgery. The system and the method are able to inform a medical team not only of the current position of surgery instruments and the current state of a patient but also of the blood vessel position of the patient. The image providing system for supporting a surgery includes: multiple markers which are inserted into the skin of a patient； a dual source X-ray imaging device which obtains two X-ray images which have two different viewpoints by photographing the patient using a dual source X-ray in real time； a storage device which stores and provides a CT image of the patient； and a control device which matches and displays the two X-ray images and CT image of the patient through the multiple markers.본 발명은 의료진에게 현재 수술 도구 위치 및 환자의 현재 상태 뿐 만 아니라 환자의 혈관 위치까지도 알려줄 수 있도록 하는 수술 지원용 영상 제공 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 수술 지원용 영상 제공 시스템은 환자의 피부에 삽입된 다수의 마커； 듀얼 소스 엑스선을 통해 상기 환자를 실시간 촬영하여, 서로 다른 뷰 포인트를 가지는 두 개의 엑스레이 영상을 획득하는 듀얼 소스 엑스선 촬영 장치； 상기 환자의 CT 영상을 저장 및 제공하는 저장 장치； 및 상기 다수의 마커를 통해 상기 환자의 두 개의 엑스레이 영상과 CT 영상을 정합하여 표시하는 제어 장치를 포함할 수 있다.
