The present invention relates to a scrubber including: an inhaling part forcibly discharging harmful air from a polluted area a first chamber removing harmful gas from the harmful air along with oxygen generation by making contact between the harmful air supplied through the inhaling part and a first solution mixed with photosynthetic microorganisms at a preset ratio a second chamber removing odor from the harmful air by making contact between the harmful air flowing in through the first chamber and a second solution mixed with bacillus at a preset ratio a third chamber removing harmful bacteria included in the harmful air by emitting ultraviolet rays to the harmful air supplied via the second chamber and a discharging part resupplying the air, which has been purified through the third chamber, to the polluted area.
