PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption-type air conditioner in which cooling performance can be improved by improving regeneration capacity of an absorption agent.SOLUTION: A absorption-type air conditioner 1 is configured to include a three-way valve 41 switchable to a first communication position to make communication between a vapor piping 38 and an absorption piping 7A and to a second communication position to make communication between the vapor piping 38 and an absorption piping 7B, a four-way valve 15 switchable to a first communication position to make communication between a cooling water pipe 39 and an absorption piping 6A and to a second communication position to make communication between the cooling water pipe 39 and an absorption piping 6B, and, a vapor valve 42 openable/closable between an opening position for opening the vapor piping 38 and a closing position for closing the vapor piping 38.
