PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological tissue forming observing device capable of observing a condition in which the biological tissue is formed, from the outside.SOLUTION: The biological tissue forming observing device 5 is accommodated in the base material body 4 of the base material 1 for forming the valved artificial blood vessel. The biological tissue forming observing device 5 includes: a photographing unit for photographing a tissue body and a transmitting means for transmitting the photographed image to the outside. The base material body 4 is formed of a transparent material. The base material 1 for forming the valved artificial blood vessel is arranged under the environment where a biological tissue material is present such as under a skin. A membrane shape tissue body 2 is formed on the surface of the base material body 4. It is confirmed that the tissue body 2 is sufficiently and reliably formed by the biological tissue forming observing device 5.
