PURPOSE: A dry-type feet heating apparatus is provided to enable users to hygienically and safely use the apparatus by preventing the leakage current, and antibiotic processing the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A dry-type feet heating apparatus comprises a main body(100), a feet heating board(200), and a PTC heater(300). The feet heating board and the PTC heater is stored inside the main body. The main body has a movable structure to the upward and downward directions on one end by the body weight of a user when the user places feet over the feet heating board. The feet heating board contacts with the PTC heater for heating the feet of a user to the predetermined temperature using heat transferred from the PTC heater. The PTC heater is connected to a power source supplied from the outside of the heating apparatus for generating heat using the electric resistance.본 발명은 인체의 발바닥 부위에 소정의 온도의 열을 가하여, 해당부위의 혈액순환을 원활하게 하여 해당부위의 스트레스를 해소시켜 줌과 동시에 위생 및 안전성을 제공하는 건식 족열기에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 실시 예는, 외부에서 공급되는 전원에 연결되어, 전기저항에 의해서 발열하는 피티씨(PTC) 히터와； 상기 피티씨 히터와 접촉하여, 상기 피티씨 히터에서 전달된 열로 발을 소정의 온도로 가온시키는 족열판과； 상기 족열판과 피티씨 히터가 수납되고, 사용자가 상기 족열판에 발을 위치하는 경우 일단이 체중에 따라 상하 방향으로 유동가능한 구조를 구비한 본체와； 상기 족열판과 본체 사이에 개재되고, 소정의 탄성력을 구비한 탄성체；를 포함하여 구성된다.이와 같은 구성을 가지는 본 발명의 실시 예에 의할 때, 사용자가 일상생활에서 해당부위에 가해지는 자중으로 인해 발생하는 스트레스를 해소할 뿐 아니라, 여러사람이 사용하게 되는 경우에 발생하는 균의 감염 등으로 인한 위생문제와, 발열시에 발생하는 감전 등으로 인한 안전문제 등을 해결하는 건식 족열기를 제공하는 것이다.
