PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an accurate and recognizable examination for circulation reconstruction after the surgery of a vascular disease.SOLUTION: The characteristics of a blood vessel include resistance R indicating the thinness of the blood vessel and compliance C indicating the softness of the blood vessel. Then, a model of an electric circuit equivalent to a systemic circulation system is formed using arterial resistance Ra, arterial compliance Ca, an arterial blood pressure Pa, peripheral blood vessel resistance Rp, venous resistance Rv, venous compliance Cv, a venous blood pressure Pv, and a cardiac blood pressure Ph, and a relational expression about a blood pressure (equivalent to a voltage) and a blood flow velocity (equivalent to a current) based on the model is formed. A vascular disease examination apparatus includes equivalent constant calculation means for obtaining equivalent constants defining the relationship between the blood pressure and the blood flow velocity from the data of the blood pressure and the blood flow velocity and dynamic blood vessel condition calculation means for calculating the blood flow velocity value under a virtual blood pressure condition in which a load is exerted on the blood vessel using the obtained equivalent constants, to obtain the dynamic blood vessel condition value.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】血管疾患の手術後の血行再建について正確で分かりやすい検査を行うようにすることである。【解決手段】血管の特性には、血管の細さを表わす抵抗Rと血管の柔らかさを表わすコンプライアンスCとがある。そこで、動脈抵抗Ra、動脈コンプライアンスCa、動脈血圧Pa、末梢血管抵抗Rp、静脈抵抗Rv、静脈コンプライアンスCv、静脈血圧Pv、心臓血圧Phを用いて、体循環系に等価な電気回路のモデルを立て、このモデルに基づく血圧(電圧に相当する)と血流速(電流に相当する)についての関係式を立てることができる。血管疾患検査装置は、血圧と血流速のデータから、血圧と血流速との関係を規定する等価定数を求める等価定数演算手段と、その等価定数を用いて、血管に負荷をかけた仮想血圧状態における血流速値を算出し、動的血管状態を求める動的血管状態演算手段とを備える。【選択図】図17
