PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination support device, an operation method and an operation program thereof, and a medical examination support system capable of allowing a doctor to easily grasp a causal relation between a patient state and dosage at a glance when providing plural pieces of medical dosage data and plural pieces of inspection data of inspection items to the doctor.SOLUTION: A first display area 60 of a display screen 19 displays association data set display columns 80A-80C for displaying in time series, a medicine dosage and an inspection value of an inspection item in adjacent positions, for an association data set formed of at least one piece medicine dosage data, and inspection data of at least one inspection item which is affected by dosage of the medicine.
