An apparatus for processing a magnetic resonance image includes a data initializing unit which initializes magnetic resonance image signal data by estimating data which is not obtained by performing interpolation according to each channel with regard to a magnetic resonance image signal which is sampled through under sampling, a multi-scale data generating unit which generates multi-scale data by performing the multiple band decomposition of the initialized data, a calibration performing unit which performs a broadband calibration process based on the multi-scale data and the initialized data according to each channel, an image reconstituting unit which recovers the data which is not obtained from the magnetic resonance image signal data based on the calibration data generated through the calibration performing unit, and an image outputting unit which outputs the image generated through the image reconstituting unit.자기 공명 영상 처리 장치는, 언더 샘플링을 통해 표본화된 자기 공명 영상 신호에 대하여, 각 채널별로 보간법을 수행하여 미획득 데이터를 추정함으로써 자기 공명 영상 신호 데이터를 초기화하는 데이터 초기화부, 초기화된 데이터에 대하여 다중 대역 분해를 수행하여 멀티스케일 데이터를 생성하는 멀티스케일 데이터 생성부, 멀티스케일 데이터와 각 채널별로 초기화된 데이터에 기초하여 광대역 캘리브레이션 과정을 수행하는 캘리브레이션 수행부, 상기 캘리브레이션 수행부를 통해 생성된 캘리브레이션 데이터에 기초하여 자기 공명 영상 신호 데이터의 미획득된 데이터를 복원하는 이미지 재구성부 및 상기 이미지 재구성부를 통해 생성된 이미지를 출력하는 이미지 출력부를 포함한다.
