PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine chest dispensing device having good dispensing efficiency and excellent handleability.SOLUTION: A medicine chest dispensing device S includes: medicine chest aisles 2 in which a plurality of medicine chests 1 are loaded and arranged in horizontal/vertical directions； a first conveyance part C1 for receiving the medicine chests 1 ejected from the plurality of medicine chest aisles 2 and conveying along a first direction X； a second conveyance part C2 for receiving the medicine chests 1 conveyed by the first conveyance part C1 and reciprocating along a second direction Y different from the first direction X； a dispensing part H provided above a standby position P1 in which the second conveyance part C2 receives the medicine chests 1 from the first conveyance part C1, and dispensing the medicine chests 1； an elevating/lowering mechanism L for elevating/lowering the second conveyance part C2 over the standby position P1 and a dispensing position P2 corresponding to the dispensing part H； and a control part 21 for performing operation control of the first conveyance part C1, the second conveyance part C2 and the elevating/lowering mechanism L.
