PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause an electrocardiograph to reliably transmit electrocardiographic signals acquired from a living body.SOLUTION: An electrocardiograph connection part 200 is connected to an electrocardiograph which prepares an electrocardiogram. One end of a multi-core wire 300 is connected to the electrocardiograph connection part 200, and the other end is connected to an electrocardiographic induction wire 50 to which an electrode for acquiring the electrocardiographic signals from the living body is connected. The multi-core wire 300 and the electrocardiographic induction wire 50 are connected at a relay part 400. A connection part between the multi-core wire 300 and the electrocardiographic induction wire 50 is housed.
