PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine storage cassette that can dispense a medicine sheet by suitably thrusting it, even if the medicine sheet stored in a storage part is curved.SOLUTION: A medicine storage cassette 1 includes: a storage part 11 with a PTP sheet 100 stored therein a dispensing slit 13 provided at the front side of the storage part 11 a receiving part 3 provided to come into contact with un upper edge of the top PTP sheet 100, and positioning the upper edge of the top PTP sheet 100 in a fixed range and a moving operation part 2 for moving the PTP sheet 100 in the storage part 11 toward the front side of the storage part 11.
