Problem to be solved: the present invention provides a novel cancer therapy method using a combination of plumbabin (t-butyl dehydrophenylrahtin, npi-2358), and taxane compound (docetaxel, etc.).Our study shows that an optimal combination of injabrilin injection after taxane compound demonstrates an enhanced enhancement in comparison with the animal model and in the large tumor distribution in NSCLC cancer patients, compared with taxane compound alone .In addition, this optimal combination achieves unexpected safety effects in reducing the poor side effects, including reducing the neutropenia rate in all grades and reducing G-CSF use in cancer patients .Diagram【課題】本発明は、プリナブリン(plinabulin)(t-ブチル-デヒドロフェニラヒスチン、すなわちNPI-2358)、及びタキサン化合物(ドセタキセル等)を組み合わせ使用する新規がん治療方法を提供する。【解決手段】我々の研究によれば、タキサン化合物の後にプリナブリンを注射する最適な組合せが、動物モデル、及びNSCLCがん患者における大きな腫瘍分布において、タキサン化合物治療単独と比較して予想外に増強された有効性を発揮することが示された。加えて、この最適な組合せによりタキサン化合物は、全てのグレードでその好中球減少症率を減少させること、そして癌患者におけるG-CSF使用を減少させることを含め、我慢できない副作用を低下させることに、予想外の安全性効果を達成することができる。【選択図】図1
