A linearly moveable translation member (540) is provided and includes a pin (550) which is received within the spiral groove (532) such that rotation of the disk (530) effects linear translation of the translation member (540). The configuration of the spiral o0 groove (532) can be selected to provide any desired ratio of angular rotation of the disk (530) to linear advancement of the translation member (540).
