The invention concerns a co-processed additive for a solid-dose pharmaceutical composition, the additive comprising from about 50% to 99.5% by weight of at least one pharmaceutical compression aid and from about 0.5% to 50% by weight of at least one pharmaceutical lubricant, the melting point of said compression aid(s) being higher than the melting point of said lubricant(s). The co-processed additive may be in the form of a physically bound composite whereby the lubricant is associated with the surface of the compression aid particles.Linvention concerne un additif co-traité pour une composition pharmaceutique en dose solide, cet additif contenant denviron 50 à 99,5% en poids dau moins un auxiliaire de compression pharmaceutique et denviron 0,5 à 50% en poids dau moins un lubrifiant pharmaceutique, le point de fusion de l/des auxiliaire(s) de compression étant supérieur au point de fusion du/des lubrifiant(s).
