A skin care fabric for medical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic use, wherein the fibers are less than 50 microns in diameter and contain at least 80% by weight of microfibers which are a mixture of polyamide and polyester, the fabric being a parallel structure having a capillary effect and a polishing effect.
