The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a lancet. The apparatus for manufacturing a lancet comprises a needle supply unit, a needle transport unit, a photographing unit, a lower forming block, an upper forming block, and a transport discharge unit. A plurality of lancets are conveniently manufactured as a single package wherein a needle, a lancet body, and a needle protection cap are integrated and manufactured by insert injection molding. A lancet package consisting of a plurality of lancets is manufactured by a series of automated processes by the needle supply unit, the needle transport unit, the photographing unit, the lower forming block, the upper forming block, and the transport discharge unit to markedly reduce lancet manufacturing costs.
