The present invention relates to a transgenic chrysanthemum plant with increased resistance to chrysanthemum chlorotic mottle viroid disease using a gene encoding nucleic acid hydrolyzing antibody (3D8 scFv) and, more specifically, to a method for increasing the resistance of a chrysanthemum plant to chrysanthemum chlorotic mottle viroid disease, compared with a non-transgenic plant, by using a recombinant nucleic acid hydrolyzing antibody optimized to chrysanthemum codons； to a method for producing a transgenic chrysanthemum plant with increased resistance to chrysanthemum chlorotic mottle viroid disease compared with a non-transgenic plant by using a recombinant nucleic acid hydrolyzing antibody optimized to chrysanthemum codons； to a transgenic chrysanthemum plant, which is produced by the method and has increased resistance to chrysanthemum chlorotic mottle viroid disease compared with a non-transgenic plant； to seeds of the chrysanthemum plant； and to a composition for increasing the resistance of a chrysanthemum plant to chrysanthemum chlorotic mottle viroid disease, the composition containing a recombinant nucleic acid hydrolyzing antibody optimized to chrysanthemum codons.
