PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can provide an environment which is excellent in working efficiency for a user and easy to work, that is, a radiologic technician can register patient information on radiographing and reading and radiographic information, confirm an image, change image processing, etc. at a position near a radiographic field, and which attains reduction in installation area of an apparatus, introduction cost reduction and high extendability.SOLUTION: A controller and a radiation image reader are network-connected so that read radiation image data is transmitted to the controller in which the radiographic information corresponding to the radiation image data is registered.
