The invention discloses a method capable of selecting an optimal plant breeding method, and a system thereof. The system comprises a plurality of water supply units, a water treatment unit, a plurality of nutrient units, a reactor, a plurality of gas supply units, a liquid storage unit, at least three cultivation rooms, and an information device. The cultivation room comprises a plurality of control elements and a cultivation unit. The cultivation unit is selected from one of an air culture module, a drip irrigation module, and a hydroponic module. The information device controls the reactor and operation of elements by commands. The method comprises: competitors around the world applying the system and operating same cultivation rooms at the same time, culturing a same or a plurality of plants at the same time, on the same latitude, and in the same place, each competitor can use a control structure provided by the cultivation room to regulate and control plant growth conditions, environment factors, cultivation methods, and nutrition formulation, and at scheduled time, comparing whose cultivation method and nutrition formulation of the competitors are optimal, to find the optimalculture method of the plant.一種可以挑選出最佳培育植物之方法及其系統，該系統包含複數個供水單元、一水處理單元、複數個營養物單元、一反應器、複數個供氣單元、一液體儲存單元、至少三個培育室、一資訊裝置，培育室用以容設植物，培育室包含有複數個控制元件、一栽培單元，栽培單元可選擇為氣培(Aeroponic)模組、滴灌(Drip irrigation)模組、水耕(Hydroponic)模組其中之一者，資訊裝置可指令控制該反應器、該培育室之控制元件之運作。該方法係比賽者應用該系統可由世界各地同時一起操作相同培育室，同時間、同緯度、同地點培育同一種或數種植物，每位比賽者可自行利用培育室提供之控制構造來調整控制植物生長條件、環境因素(environment factors)、栽培方式及營養配方等，等預定時間到了，再來比較比賽者何人栽培方式、營養配方為最佳，藉以找出該種植物最佳栽培方法。
