PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling tool capable of performing filling work with controlled amount of filling for a target site even to a deep or narrow local portion of a surgical field without scattering or falling of material to the area around when filling a bone defective part with a powdery or granular artificial bone material.SOLUTION: There is provided a filling tool capable of filling a substantially cylindrical straw-like storage part with a granular artificial bone material, or a substantially cylindrical straw-like package body prefilled with the material. In the case of the filling tool, the granular artificial bone material is transferred from a funnel-like guide of the filling tool to the storage part before surgery. A folded portion of the end part is removed from a slider, and stretched straight, back to the substantially cylindrical shape to create a spout. The slider is retracted and the storage part is deformed in order to allow the granular artificial bone material to fall and fill the storage part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 粉体や顆粒状の人工骨材料を骨欠損部に補填する時に、狙った部位に、周囲への散らばりや脱落なしに、術野の深いあるいは狭い局所的な部分まで、補填量を制御しながら補填ができるようにした充填具。【解決手段】 顆粒状人工骨材料を略円筒のストロー状の収納部に充填できるようにした充填具、あるいはあらかじめ充填した略円筒のストロー状の包装体にしたものを提供する。使用時は充填具の場合は、手術前に予め、充填具のロート状案内から、顆粒状人工骨材料を収納部に入れておく。端部の折り返し部をスライダーから外し、真っすぐに伸ばし、略円筒形状にもどして、注ぎ口を作る。スライダーを後退させ、収納部を順に変形させながら、顆粒状人工骨材料を落下充填する。【選択図】図1
