A composition that comprises a hardly water-soluble pesticidally active compound and a solid vehicle comprising saponified polyvinyl acetate that contains at least one member selected from the group consisting of sulfonic group and sulfonate group, wherein the hardly water-soluble pesticidally active compound is dispersed in the solid vehicle.
