The present invention relates to a non-cloned adenovirus producing cell line and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cell line producing adenovirus lacking replication ability by expressing at least one selected from the group consisting of E1 protein and E1A protein or E1B protein of adenovirus, and a method for producing the same.
