The wearing portion is configured to be worn at an auricle of a subject. The body portion is joined to the wearing portion. The first measurement portion is joined to the body portion, and configured to be worn by the subject and measure oxygen saturation. The second measurement portion is joined to the body portion, and configured to be in contact with the subject in a state in which the wearing portion is worn and measure body temperature.
