PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a far infrared-ray heating dryer with an autoclave function which sterilizes soil come from construction and dredged sludge from sewage lines, rivers, seaports and the like which are substantially treated as industrial waste, thereby making the soil and dredged sludge harmless, and which uses a ceramic rotary drum or the like included in the far infrared-ray heating dryer and having a built-in electric heater to quickly and uniformly dry a target substance of the treatment, thereby providing the treated substance as a safe and harmless recycled raw material.SOLUTION: The heating dryer carries out: an autoclave treatment capable of sterilizing with high-pressure steam, in which germs, tubercle bacill, endospores, fungi and viruses adhering to a target substance are physically sterilized by using high-pressure steam and a heating treatment by use of far infrared rays inside a ceramic member having a built-in electric plate heater in the dryer. The heating treatment is clean since no waste gas is exhausted, unlike combustion by use of a burner and the dryer is energy-saving compared to a heat source using heavy oil or kerosene, can reduce the heating time and achieves uniform heating and drying of the target substance.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】主に産業廃棄物として扱われている、建設発生土および下水道・河川・港湾等の浚渫汚泥類を本装置で滅菌処理することにより無害化し、遠赤外線を発する電気ヒーター内臓のセラミック製回転ドラム等により、被対象処理物を迅速・均一に乾燥させ、安全・安心な再資源原料として提供する。【解決手段】高圧蒸気滅菌が可能なオートクレーブ処理であり、高加圧水蒸気を用いて、被対象処理物に付着する細菌、結核菌、芽胞、真菌、ウイルスを物理的に滅菌処理すると同時に、乾燥機内にある電気プレートヒーターを内蔵したセラミック製の部材は、内部に遠赤外線による加熱を行うので、バーナ燃焼時のような廃棄ガスを排出しないためクリーンであり、重油または灯油類の熱源より省エネルギーであり、更に加熱時間の短縮が可能であり、被対象処理物の均一加熱乾燥を実現した乾燥機となる。【選択図】図1
