PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical container with a bottom for rock mass greening which is made from wood and is embedded into a hole in a rock mass to grow a plant, and which allows the plant to send out roots into soil out of the cylindrical container, does not suppress growth of the plant at the time of post-planting care and at the time of being embedded in a rock mass, and can firmly hold a medium for plant growing in the cylindrical container at the time of carrying the cylindrical container.SOLUTION: A cylindrical container with a bottom for rock mass greening is embedded into a hole in a rock mass to grow a plant.
