PURPOSE: A toothpaste composition with enhanced anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties is provided to prevent dental caries and periodontal diseases. CONSTITUTION: A toothpaste composition for preventing sensitive tooth contains 5-15 wt% of tricalcium phosphate, 1-2 wt% of glycerin, 18.9-70.65 wt% of D-sorbitol solution, 1-5 wt% of polyethylene glycol, 7.0-15.0 wt% of silicon dioxide, 0.01-1.0 wt% of xylitol, 0.01-0.6 wt% of propolis, 0.01-2.0 wt% of stevioside, 0.01-2.0 wt% of grapefruit seed extract, 0.1-1.0 wt% of safflower seed oil, 5-9.5 wt% of Nelumbo nucifera extract, 0.1-5.0 wt% of Salix koreensis extract, 0.10-3.0 wt% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.01-2.0 wt% of DL-menthol, and 10-18 wt% of purified water.본 발명은 충치예방 및 항염,항균성을 강화시킨 시린이 예방 치약 조성물과 그 제조방법을 제공함에 있다. 이러한 발명은 연 추출물과 같은 약리 작용을 하는 약효재료들을 함유한 것에 의해, 강한 항염 및 항균 특성을 발휘하여 시린이의 요인이 되는 충치 및 풍치를 예방하는 효과를 준다.
