PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing energy needles and a manufacturing system thereof are provided to reduce paralysis duration time and the number of inflammatory cells and T-cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing energy needles comprises the following steps: preparing a ceramic body by mixing 18-45 wt% of zeolite, 10-20 wt% of red clay, 8-12 wt% of blue elvan, 8-12 wt% of sulfur barley stone, 8-10 wt% of monazite, 8-10 wt% of germanium, 4-10 wt% of kaolin, 2-8 wt% of biotite, 2-8 wt% of granite, 1-8 wt% of gypsum, 1-8 wt% of gold, 1-8 wt% of silver, and 1-8 wt% of copper and adding water to the mixture； inserting a rod-shaped heater into the ceramic body； heating the ceramic body to 300-400 deg. C； and irradiating far infrared rays to needles.
