The commodity information reception means receives a piece of commodity information of a returned commodity. The returned reason reception means receives an input of a returned reason. The imaging control means takes an image of the returned commodity using imaging means. The recording means stores a piece of commodity information of the returned commodity, the returned reason and the image of the returned commodity in the storing means while associating the items with each other.
