PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feline triple vaccine of a feline viral rhinotracheitis virus, a feline calicivirus and a feline parvovirus which has reduced adverse reactions such as a sarcoma occurring at an injection site.SOLUTION: A mixed vaccine in combination with a live virus vaccine of a feline viral rhinotracheitis virus, killed vaccines of three kinds of feline caliciviruses and a killed vaccine of a feline parvovirus, but not in combination with an adjuvant, is a safety and high effective vaccine having little adverse side effects because of not using an adjuvant. A method for preventing cats from upper respiratory disease and feline panleukopenia comprises vaccinating cats of two months with the feline triple vaccine twice at intervals of 3-4 weeks, and vaccinating once per year from the next year.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】注射部位に肉腫が発生する等の副作用を軽減した猫ウイルス性鼻気管炎ウイルス、猫カリシウイルス及び猫パルボウイルスの猫3種混合ワクチンの提供。【解決手段】アジュバントを配合しない、猫ウイルス性鼻気管炎ウイルスの生ワクチンそして3種の猫カリシウイルスの不活化ワクチン及び猫パルボウイルスの不活化ワクチンを組み合わせた混合ワクチンで、アジュバントを使用しないため、副作用が少なく、安全で効力の高いワクチンとなった。前記猫3種混合ワクチンを、2ヶ月齢の猫に3~4週間隔で2回接種し、翌年から年1回接種することを特徴とする上部呼吸器疾患及び猫汎白血球減少症から猫を防御する方法。【選択図】なし
