The present invention provides a novel influenza immunogen, having a sequence comprising an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 1 or SEQ ID No. 2, an immunogenic fragment thereof, or a combination thereof. Further, the present invention also provides a recombinant vector vaccine utilizing the immunogen and an application of an immunization method thereof in an influenza vaccine. The invent sequentially applies various vector vaccines expressing the novel influenza immunogen, and utilizes a combination of systemic immunity and local immunity, so as to locally induce a high level of T cell immune response in the respiratory tract, thereby providing broad-spectrum protection against various influenza virus infections.La présente invention concerne un nouvel immunogène du virus Influenza, dont la séquence comprend une séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID No. 1 et/ou SEQ ID No. 2, un fragment immunogène de celles-ci, ou une combinaison de celles-ci. De plus, la présente invention concerne également un vaccin à base de vecteur recombinant utilisant l'immunogène, ainsi qu'une application d'une méthode d'immunisation basée sur celui-ci à un vaccin contre la grippe. L'invention applique de manière séquentielle divers vaccins à base de vecteurs exprimant le nouvel immunogène du virus Influenza, et fait intervenir une association de l'immunité systémique et de l'immunité locale afin d'induire localement une forte réponse immunitaire cellulaire T au niveau des voies respiratoires, ce qui permet d'obtenir une protection à large spectre contre une infection par divers virus Influenza.
