It is a device that massages the skin and subcutaneous and heals the skin which is massaged by heat. The apparatus includes a housing having two adjacent vacuum chambers and an energy transfer surface, the vacuum chambers sharing a common wall therebetween. The negative pressure source communicates with the vacuum chamber and alternately applies a negative pressure between the chambers to apply a back and forth massage to the skin tissue parallel to the surface of the skin.
