According to the present invention, a wearable device includes: a first sensor unit for acquiring first data related to an electroencephalography (EEG) signal by sensing a biometric signal of a user； a second sensor unit for acquiring second data related to a heartbeat signal by sensing the biometric signal of the user； and a processor for measuring the degree of concentration or drowsiness of the user using the first data and the second data.
