The present invention relates to a plant growth heterocyclic product to help primary and secondary photosynthesis, more particularly to plant growth heterocyclic product for seed treatment, which synthesizes plant growth regulators, inhibitors, enzymes, vitamins and simultaneously prophylactically save plants from pests and diseases.
