Preferably, the Antibody binds to the Human lag-3. In certain embodiments, the Antibodies bind to both the Human and the lag-3 lag-3 Monkey but did not bind to mouse lag-3.It also provides anti lag-3 May inhibit the binding of lag-3 to MHC class II molecules and that can stimulate T cell responses specific for an Antigen.
