PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct time delay included in X-ray detection signals detected in an X-ray detection means with sufficient accuracy.SOLUTION: Output signals for one frame when X-rays are not radiated, to which offset correction is executed by data for the offset correction immediately before starting an inspection, are stored (S3). Output signals, outputted in a frame when X-rays are not radiated before the frame to be a correction object, are acquired (S4). A difference, between the output signals for one frame when the X-rays are not radiated immediately before an inspection and the output signals outputted in the frame when the X-rays are not radiated before the frame to be the correction object, is calculated as the time delay (S5). The X-ray detection signals of the frame to be the correction object during fluoroscopy are acquired (S6).
