PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethral insertion tool in which manipulation to embed an indwelling object for supporting a biological tissue in the living body can be safely performed.SOLUTION: A urethral insertion tool 4 comprises: a long urethral insertion part 41 which is inserted into a urethra a suction hole 44 which is arranged in the urethral insertion part 41 and a slide resistance amplifier 49 which is arranged in the urethra insertion part 41, and contacts with tissues in the urethra, thereby increasing slide resistance of the urethral insertion part 41 against the urethra.
