An airway tube 10 for an airway device said airway tube having a first end and a second end, wherein the airway tube comprises a first lumen 14 and a second lumen 16, wherein a flexible wall 12 is provided between the first lumen and the second lumen and wherein movement of the flexible wall varies the cross-sectional area of the first lumen and the second lumen. The airway tube may be reinforced with beading 18. The two lumens may be parallel or a tube-in-tube arrangement (see figure 4) with an inner, lemon-shaped second tube 116. The airway tube may have a connector at one end and a laryngeal cuff at the other end.
