PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for a biological sensor capable of improving connection reliability between a connection part and a probe, and a manufacturing method of the laminate for a biological sensor.SOLUTION: A laminate 1 for a biological sensor includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 to be stuck onto a living body surface, a base material 3 disposed on the top face of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, a wiring layer 4 disposed in the base material 3, a probe 5 disposed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, and a connection part 6 which passes through at least the inside of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, and connects the wiring layer 4 and the probe 5.
