The present invention relates to novel herbicide composition comprising Pendimethalin, Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and Zinc. The present invention also relates to process for preparing the said composition comprising of synergistic bioactive amounts of Pendimethalin and Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl along with one or more inactive excipients. The present invention also relates to process for preparing the said composition comprising of synergistic bioactive amounts of Pendimethalin, Pyrazosulfuron -ethyl and Zinc along with one or more inactive excipients.
