PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and identify the pathogen of newly generated disease in sea culture fish or the like, and to provide an effective preventing means against the disease.SOLUTION: In inactivated vaccine formulation, regarding a yellowtail in which symptoms such as the white turbidity of eye balls for unknown reasons are developed in the farm in the Kagoshima prefecture of Japan, the pathogen is separated, and the pathogen is identified as streptococcus agalactiae, and the inactivated vaccine formulation is used against the streptococcus agalactiae infectious disease of sea culture fish. Against the risk of widely propagating and spreading the infectious disease in the farm of Seriola fish or the like and the risk of widely propagating the infectious disease even to the sea culture fish other than Seriola fish, by administrating the inactivated vaccine formulation to the sea culture fish, the generation, propagation and spreading of the infectious disease in the sea culture fish can be effectively prevented.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】海面養殖魚などに新規に発生した疾患の原因菌の分離・同定、その疾患に対する有効な予防手段の提供。
