PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transportation and post-treatment of radioactive waste, securing of a preservation space, and the like to be performed at a relatively low cost while scarcely causing effluence of soil during decontamination.SOLUTION: A plurality of net bags 3 filled with a capture material capable of capturing radioactive material in water are arranged in a corner of a rice field 1, side by side, to form an enclosure. Water W is taken into the rice field 1 on the outside of the enclosure and the rice field is filled with the water W. Surface soil is tilled with a predetermined depth by a tiller 4 while jetting microbubbles B into water, the soil is finely pulverized by the tillage and the radioactive material attached to soil grains is detached, and the detached radioactive material is floated by buoyancy of the microbubbles B. The floated radioactive material is made to pass along with the water W through the net bags 3 filled with the capture material, the radioactive material in the water is captured by the capture material, and the water W is discharged from the enclosure to the outside of the rice field 1.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 除染時の土壌の流出がほとんど難く、放射性廃棄物の運搬や後処理、保管場所の確保等が比較的低コストで実施できるようにする。
